    Hi annnnnna4747,

You will need an installer to download & install the product, if you have the DVD , please use it or else you can download them from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

Please do not forget to read the "Very Important Instructions" before downloading it.

Regarding the uninstall of the old one, if you have retail product, please deactivate it by clicking on the "deactivate" tab of the help menu (when the product is launched).

Later you can choose to uninstall it, uninstall & deactivation are different perspective.

    Regards,

You are allowed to have activated installations on two machines.  If the old machine is the only machine with the software installed/activated, then you can just install it on the new machine and keep it on the old as backup.  You can also uninstall it on the old machine if you prefer.
