How do I close ShellExtLoader when I can't find it on my computer? I can't install PE 10 because of it. Help

Assuming you are using Windows then you can access the task manager to end the offending process. The task manager can be accessed by pressing Control - Alt - Delete. If you are not using Windows then please provide the version of operating system you are using.
