Question

How do I install Photoshop on to a new computer if it says I've reached my download limit?

We have purchased Photoshop CS4 and downloaded it onto our main computer and our laptop but now I need to remove it from the laptop and download it onto our new desktop. When I went to download it the display says no downloads available. This is a MAJOR problem for our business! What should I do next?

You do not necessarily have to remove it, but you should deactivate it on the machine you do not want it to work on any longer (choose Help -> Deactivate from the application menubar).  You will need the activation available for the new installation.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
