How do I install Premiere CS6 with creative cloud?

I need adobe encore, but in order to get that app I need to downgrade my app for adobe premiere CC to an older version like CS6. The problem is, since adobe's last update, I'm not allowed to install a later version of Premiere anymore from the Creative Cloud!

I have been through this article Encore CS6 not installed with Creative Cloud and seen what the steps were to take in order to install Encore but Adobe doesn't allow me to install different version of apps anymore from the creative cloud. Does anyone know how to install Premiere CS6 with the adobe cloud?

what do you mean by, "..Adobe doesn't allow me to install different version of apps anymore".   specifically, what is it in that link you posted that you are unable to do when trying to install premiere cs6?
