I just want to login when install Adobe Illustrator.......
but when i write ID and password, the installing page becomes 'NO ANSWER(answer is delay)'
i tried to login many times, but i couldn't......

Kindly let us know more about the issue you are facing, are you trying to sign in on the website or you are signing in to the Creative Cloud desktop app ?
What is the operating system of your machine and its version?
Have you restarted the machine and tried again? If not give it a try.
