How do I make Arcobat the default reader?

I had to install Nuance PDF reader for a special project, and it automatically became the default. How do I revert to Arcobat as the default reader if Nuance is also installed? Thanks for any help - I'm sure it's simple, and I'm just not seeing it!

Legend

You could re-install Acrobat or remove Nuance. Or you can set the default association for pdfs to Acrobat. Instructions for that depend on OS.
