how do i move after effect from creative cloud to my disktop and how do i add plugins

so I have this problem that got me really confused I don't know how to like move the apps out of creative cloud like for example if I want to start after effect I don't have to start creative cloud I just double click after effect from my desktop and also I need help adding plugins

please help

For programs, the Cloud is DELIVERY process... programs do not run from the Cloud, you install on your computer

I have 1 year creative cloud member ship and I am trying to like open after effect with out having to go to creative cloud and click open like download after effect as an app

What operating system are you using? I'm assuming Windows.

You should be able to go into your Start menu and drag a shortcut for After Effects out of the Start menu onto your desktop.

You install plugins following the directions of the plugin-maker. They vary somewhat.
