how do i move photoshop from hard drive to new macbook pro

My macbook died but I have the hard drive connected via a USB docking station. How can I transfer my Photoshop CS5 (and the rest of the adobe suite) onto my new macbook? I have the box and cds but the new machine does not have a disc drive?
