How do I permanently remove Adobe creative cloud?

Look I'm just about at my witts end with this, I like Adobe, and maybe it's just my mac, but I'm about ready to punch a hole in the wall.

-Cleaning house on mac, decided to remove ACC

-tried using uninstaller, says "cannot find file"

-decide to trash ACC Folder

-go to empty trash bin

-"The operation cannot be completed because the item "DesignLibraryPlugin" is in use.

-says this for pretty much every file in ACC Folder

-look up how to terminate file, bypass trash bin (pretty much wipe it off the computer through terminal)

-still doesn't work

-now im pissed (and i know it's myself that messed up, I'm not mad at adobe) I just want it gone.
