I got a new computer for Christmas because my laptop stopped charging.  Can someone help me download my CS5.5 on to my new computer.  I need help, school is back in session now and I need Adobe.  Yikes!

Are your old and new computers both Windows or both Macs?

Do you have your CS5.5 serial number? You'll need it.

    Download CS5.5 from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs5-5-direct-download-links.html

Follow the Very Important Instructions first BEFORE you click the download links.

Install then enter your serial number to license it.

Yes, Adobe is wonderful and keeps the information for all products purchased in my account information.  I also have my original receipt with the Design Premium Product Serial Number.

Honestly, I am not sure how I completed this task because the directions are all over the place with multiple links.  Really not an easy to follow guide.  However, I was able to get my programs on to my new computer; everything except the Adobe Flash Catalyst CS5.5 appears to have loaded.

I've asked this question separately but thought it might help if I asked it here too. I'm running on the new Windows 8 platform, do I need any additional drivers or patches for the CS5.5 Design Premium to work properly.  Being a relatively new user to the Adobe products (2 years and learning) it can be frustrating when something does not seem to work as instructed.  The "Read Me" documentation does not address Windows 8 for the products.

Thanks for your expert guidance and assistance - truly!
