How do I re-install my CC 2014 apps to a Mac I had to reset to factory settings?

With Creative Cloud my company only gets to download the apps on so many devices. I just need to re-download the same apps on the SAME laptop. Adobe will know it's the same one, but Creative Cloud does not seem to recognize my computer. PLEASE HELP!

Please refer to the help documents below to download the Adobe CC desktop app:

Creative Cloud for desktop

Download, install, update, or uninstall apps

Once you have the CC desktop app installed, you can install all the other apps from it.
