How do I re-install my two Adobe products without having the original software installation CDs?

I purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premiere Elements 10 in 2011 or 2012 (I can't remember the exact date).  I installed both products on my home desktop PC, then later on my work laptop.  The motherboard on my home PC crashed recently and since has been replaced.  However, I had to start from scratch and reload everything (Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, all of my files and documents, other programs, etc).  And now I am unable to locate my original installaiton software (Adobe installation CDs) to reinstall both products.  I apparently only registered one (Adobe Photoshop Elements 10) of my two products, with my Adobe account.   However, I can't remember even using the Adobe Premier Elements 10 software when I had it on my home PC, prior to it crashing.  So for right now, I only need Photoshop Elements 10, which I use daily.

Is there a way I can download them directly from the Adobe website online, or from a file attached to an email from Adobe?

Also, is there a way to get my serial number from software (Adobe Premiere Elements 10) still loaded onto my work PC, so I can register the product with Adobe under my Adobe account?

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com
