How do I reconnect a download so that it completes. Stuck at 42%

Hi- I have started to download Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but it is stopped at 42%. Is there a simple way to reconnect and allow the download to finish?

if you're downloading without a download manager, no.

if you're installing (and most likely, you are), open your task manager (win) or activity monitor (mac) and terminate a hanging adobe help process.
