How do I redownload adobe creative suite design standard

Question

I purchased Adobe Creative suite CS6 from the apple store in 2012. Came in a box with a disc and a card with the series number. However recently my macbook had a fault and had to be wiped and restored to factory settings meaning my programmes were uninstalled.
