How do I redownload the software on another computer

I have my software on my old computer and Adobe creative cloud says you can transfer it to another computer, and I want to do that, but how do I? It is going from a Mac book air to a Mac book pro.

    You simply sign out on the old system and then install the CC app and sign in on the new one.
