How do I reinstall a Lightroom 5 application that I have purchased 2 years back ???

Hi , I purchased Adobe Lightroom 5 on October 2014 . I have used for almost 2 years until lately I had to format my Mac Pc and the Lightroom 5 application was deleted and now I wanna download the purchased application again . Any clue ??
