How do I reinstall Creative Cloud app on my PC?

I had to reformat my WIndows 10 PC and now have to REinstall my Adobe Cloud and Photographer's package subscription applications. My sub is already paid-for and I did deactivate the apps before I reformatted. How do download Creative Cloud to sign in and reinstall my apps?

please Install the CCdesktop App from here https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Sign In using your adobe id -> go to App tab and Click on Install
