How do I reinstall elements 8 onto a new computer

I've swtiched from and old Windows XP to Windows 8. The new computer does not have a facilty for disks. Can I download online from Adobe?

    But make sure you follow the important instructions on the page before initiating the download.

    Thanks for this. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to technology and can't get past the lightroom download. It's probably best for me to leave it on my old laptop until I'm ready to upgrade to photoshop 11 (or more likely 16)
