How do I reinstall photoshop 2018?  I can't edit right from Lightroom to the newer versions for photoshop?  I tried to reinstall and earlier version but could not find how to get earlier versions other than 2019.

Adobe wants everyone to use the latest versions of all their apps which contain new generation technologies and security features the older versions don't have.   This new legacy policy comes on the heels of that and makes it increasingly difficult to download older (pre 2019) versions.  If you're fortunate enough to find a direct download for 2018, backup the file to a safe place before it does a vanishing act.
