How do I reinstall photoshop in a new Apple laptop?

How do reinstall old photoshop that was on an old laptop in a new laptop? I have all the codes and serial numbers from the original purchase but cannot see how to begin this process on the adobe website.

The same way you did the first time... put the install disc in the drive and follow the onscreen instructions

Thanks john, I have done this and Photoshop now appears in Applications as a folder but will not open. What have I done wrong?
