How do I reinstall PS CC 2015?

Long story short: My PS wouldnt open and after numerous suggestions I got mad and uninstalled it. Now, I want to reinstall it. I went to the Adobe PS link and clicked on the "download now" box. It seemed to be downloading, but I cant find it anywhere. Its not in my download file nor in my applications folder. I looked in my Creative Cloud folder too. Went back to try it again, but now the box only reads "buy now" instead of "download now". (I have a mac)
Reinstalling shouldnt be this annoying. HELP!
