How do I remove Lightroom 5 after Lightroom CC is installed?

I am on a Macbook pro OSX 10.3.  I already had Lightroom 5 installed and working. I installed lightroom CC by confirming the update button in the CC icon at the top of the page. I had no idea this would leave Lightroom 5 installed and working.   How do I remove Lightroom 5?
