I found a link where I downloaded it, but when i tried to open it this appeared:

Even though Adobe says that they support every macOS.

Where are you getting that incorrect information from? It depends on which version of Photoshop you are trying to install. Different versions are supported on different versions of macOS.

The current version of Photoshop CC Oct 2017 (version 19) requires 10.11 El Capitan or later.

Photoshop system requirements

You'll have to upgrade your operating system (if your computer is compatible) or get a new computer.
