How do I Transfer Adobe Software

I have my Serial Number, but I do not have the CD.
How do I transfer the software from my old macbook pro to my new macbook pro Air?

I tried this process:

But it's not working for me.

    I follow the instructions to the best of my ability, and it begins to download the trial software (production premier creative suite). Unfortunately, it stops downloading after about 5 seconds. It just freezes...
