How do I transfer my elearning suite license to a new PC?

I have a license for elearning suite 6.1 on my PC, As it is having some problems and performance issues, I need to switch from 32-bit to W7 64-bit.

How do I transfer my license o the new PC? Can I find a gudeline on the forums, couldn't locate it...

deactivate on your dying computer (help > deactivate or help > sign out). you can then uninstall your old version.

then install on your new computer and use your serial number to activate.
