How do I transfer of lifetime license

1. No such thing as Lifetime license.  Every Adobe product has an End of Life date after which it cannot be activated.

2. Which product did you buy a license for?  Can your new computer support legacy 32-bit installers?

Assuming you have a supporting device & OS, insert the installation disks you received at purchase into your optical reader.  Run the installer.  At the prompt, enter a valid serial number that came with your product. 

It's not possible to copy software from old machines to new ones.  The Installation Routine is necessary to make changes to your computer's system files.

if cs2, cs3 or cs4, you cannot activate (and therefore use) beyond the 30 day trial period.

otherwise, you should deactivate (help>deactivate) on your old computer IF you have your serial number secured.

then install (with the original installation file) and activate (with your serial number) in your new computer.

if you don't have the installation file or serial number, it's possible they may be recoverable.
