How Do I transfer PS5 to new computer?

I have used both liences and want to transfer one to a new computer but can't find original discs. If I delete off one PC will I be able to down load PS5 from web and use serial number.

    Is it PS CS5 or PS5 that you are trying to install on new machine? If PS CS5, then Yes you can download it from the below website and use the serial key for PS CS5 to serialize it.

    You need to properly deactivate using Help --> Deactivate. Just "deleting"/ undinstalling bears no influence on this. If the deactivation is successfull, then yes, you can install and activate on another system. If you have problems, contact activation support by phone or web chat to reset activation count.
