Question

How do I uninstall cc apps from my cc-desktop application?

My downloads kept failing (seems I got the wrong language selected)

So.. now I got my language set up right and uninstalled my programs,

everytime I install my dekstop application again it still says (for example) 'Illustrator CC - up to date'..

but I deleted all of them from my macbook and cant download them again, because the desktop app says I already got them.

So :

"Can I uninstall applications from the desktop application, so it wont think I got them on my macbook already?"

Hi Elsjevandekraats

Did you uninstall using the Uninstaller

If not it can be found in your Utilities folder under a folder called Adobe Installers click on Uninstall Adobe Illustrator CC

Hopefully this helps you then reinstall naturally

Aaron Riches please be careful when posting to old discussions.  The Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller available at Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app was not in existence on May 18, 2014 when this discussion thread was active.
