How do I uninstall photoshop after deleting the program contents?

I had the Photoshop trial for 30 days, and after it expired, I thought Photoshop CC 2018 automatically uninstalled itself so I deleted its files from my laptop.
But when I was uninstalling some apps, I discovered it was still there, taking 2GB of space. I tried to uninstall it from the task manager, but it won't happen. I tried uninstalling it through Creative Cloud, but the cloud doesn't recognize that Photoshop is there anymore. I even tried using the CC cleaner to uninstall it, but nothing works!
What can I do to get rid of it? I have windows 10. Please help!

you'll need to restore whatever your deleted.  then clean properly.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
