More important than uninstalling the old Adobe applications is to make sure you deactivate them.

With CS6 and earlier launch the application and from the menu choose Help > Deactivate. With CC from the menu choose Help > Sign Out.

Instructions on uninstalling are at the bottom of this help page http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

Hello kat10sch,

Thanks for this information.

I'll give few steps which you can use to uninstall it completely.

1. First Check in Task Manager if any bridge.exe is running or not if its running please end the task.

To run task manager - press Ctrl + Alt + Del together and check in process Tab.

2. Second step you can do a Selective Startup and reboot your machine

      - To do a selective startup please follow http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/run-selective-startup-system-configuration#1TC=windows-7

Select - Load System Services and Load Startup Items

3. In the startup Tab of the same windows please uncheck Adobe bridge.

Restart your machine

and now you can try Uninstallation as usual from Control panel->Add or Remove (Uninstall a Program)

If still have any issue let me know

Thanks
