Our old computer broke, and we threw it away.  It had Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements installed on it.  I want to install Those on the computer we are using now.  Adobe support just keeps running me around in circles, cycling me through about four or five webpages and taking me back to the beginning again..  I can't find instructions on how to do it.

You can't uninstall anything from a gone machine.

You should be able to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.

Chat support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

What you can also do is download the software and see if you can activate it on the new machine.
