How do I unzip CS6 file?

I have double clicked on the file multiple times and it says it's expanding, but then once it's done, it just makes another copy. I have used download managers, like stuffit.com and it still doesn't work. I need these programs by Monday because of work! Please I need help!!

    Thanks for responding so fast!

    I figured it out thankfully. I guess I was supposed to expand both the .zip.cpgz and the .zip file that came after the .zip.cpgz. Once I did that, it opened the installation process, so now I successfully have all of my programs!

    if you have a mac you probably downloaded the wrong file(s).

    what are you trying to download and do you have a mac and did you download a dmg file?
