When i purchased my software I qualified for a discount, how do i upgrade, if that discount no longer applies?

sure, i was breaking down the questions seperately, because if i asked more than one question they werent being answered. I assumed that i would need to ask them seperately to get them addressed. I appologize. would you like me to copy them to one tread, & delete the additional threads?

It seems like most of them have answers at this point. If we can confine the discussion to the exisiting threads that would be great. If you have a completely different topic feel free to post to a new thread. Most of them though appeared to be around locating or obtaining an upgrade and what the current versions are of those upgrades.
