I have a 10 year-old CS3 box with installation-discs for XP. Now i want to install the programmes on my new computer with windows 7 and 8. For this, my installationdiscs are useless. How do i use my old CS-box with my new OS:es?

if you mean you do not have a dvd/cd reader, download your installation files,

Downloads available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Thanks for your answer,

But my problem is mainly that my installation-CDs only have drivers for XP - not windows 7 and 8. And, off course, i would like to use the box i already paid for (although the versions in it are a bit old), without having to pay for an upgrade.

I have a CD-reader, but I cant use the disc to install my programmes, since the installation-disc are for XP - not windows 7 or 8

you can use compatibility mode to install.
