how do you de install creative cloud from a mac?

I let my dad try out my photography package as the subscription allows up to two screens but he wants to de in stall it and buy a subscription for himself, also he got a pop up from adobe flash player and doesnt know if it contains malware and doesnt know how to get rid of it,? Can anybody help?
