How do you deactivate Adobe CS3 on Mac OS X 10.6.8?  There is no Deactivate menu under Help on any of the Adobe products (as the online documentation claims).  The Adobe uninstaller does not deactivate, it just un-installs.  It says to deactivate first.  But, how?

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Do not ask for more than that or they will turn you back to the forums where no one can help.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)
