How do you downgrade your account?

I've tried talking to support but they always end the chat before the actually help me. 

I have the full adobe suite but I only use LR, PS & Sp. 

Does anybody know how to downgrade?

    It may be possible to do this online now.

    AFAIK there is no way to easily downgrade. And the only real downgrade for you is to subscribe to the Photography plan that included PS, LR Classic and LR for Mobile devices and then a separate plan for SP.

     

    Which would be $9.99 a month for PS + LR + whatever the single plan cost is..

     

    IIRC the only way to do that is to cancel your current plan, pay the cancelation fee, and subscribe to the new plans.
