How do you download installer a second time for transfer?

Let me explain my situation first. I have a desktop at home with remarkable processing speeds. I also own a windows laptop, but it is quite slow and can't handle adobe software very well. At home my internet is extremely slow, but I have access to another building with extremely fast speeds.

Basically, my problem is that I only have been able to get adobe software on my laptop because I can bring it to this faster internet. I would like to be able to get adobe software on my desktop at home, but the internet is too slow there and it is not portable.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the best way to solve this problem would be to download the individual installers on my laptop and then put them on my desktop via flash drive. The only issue with this that I can think of with this is that my creative cloud application will not allow me to download installers. It acts as a downloader and installer simultaneously.

Can anyone solve this problem?
