How do you install CS6 Production Premium on a MAC?

I purchased CS6 Production Premium from JourneyEd Academic software. The software only seems to be a Windows version.

JourneyEd will not issue a RMA number and claims it can be installed on a MAC.

They said contact Adobe for help. How do I install it or can it be returned to Adobe for exhange??

Do you have a serial number? For CS6 Production Premium there is only a Windows version or Mac version there is not a multi-platform version available for Education customers. Equally you will be unable to use the Windows serial number with a Mac installer.

If you have received your serial number already then you can request a platform swap by following the steps listed in Order product | Platform, language swap - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/order-product-platform-language-swap.html.
