    Hi Zakareya,

I was wondering if you were asking about dynamic range rather than dynamics. If that was intended question Photoshop allows you to work with 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit images. This basically equates to more possible colors but will increase the file size and memory needed to work with the files. We have this article that goes over high dynamic range and 32-bit images High dynamic range images in Photoshop. 32-bit is the highest you can go and supports billions of possible colors but might be more than necessary in many cases.

    Hope that helps,

    - Dave

dynamics = change or movement... there is no such tool in Photoshop but there is a liquify tool?

if this is the tool you want to know about then it uses Cpu + ram and the only limit is how good your system is i.e, my Ryzen will power it but my I7 laptop needs more time
