Hi Miadk63447587,

As you have mentioned you are getting Error Code 117 while trying to install an Adobe application, this error occurs when the download is corrupted, to know more about the error see, Troubleshoot Illustrator CC 2015 log files

In order troubleshoot the issue please try quitting all the Adobe processes from the activity monitor and then retry.

If it still doesn't work, refer to the troubleshooting given in the following thread, just select the product you want to install and share the results: Illustrator download failed - Fatal ERROR '117'

Do a search using the Search Forums Only option at the top using "117"  and whatever application this involves for the search terms.  Look for postings that have a green "answered" indication.
