How install new licence?

Hi, my school bought 3 licenses ( photoshops, indesign ect ) .

But when we connec the account on adobe creative cloud , we dont have the software we have only the trial one.

And when i connect on my administrator account, i can see the licence of the softwares.

Did i miss something? I need to install with another way?
