How long does it usually take for all 17 programs to download?

    That is entirely dependent on your connection. Without knowing that, nobody can do even the crudest math to predict download times.

    I recently downloaded CS6 Master Collection; it took about 30 minutes or less to download on a 1000Mbps connection.
