How long can I expect to wait for Adobe to enable the download link in my order?

    Depends on what you ordered? Normally there should only be a few minutes of delay. also sometimes it just doesn't show up in teh browser due to website issues. Refresh the pages and/ or try anther browser. if it doesn't show up in reasonable time, contact support.

    Its been longer than /a few minutes/.

    - complementary upgrade from CS5.5 to CS6. Mac, osX 10.5.8

    Received the "Thank you for your recent purchase. Claim your CS6

    upgrade." letter with a link to order.

    Have my order number and a customer service reference number.

    Current status (since May 5/24/2012; last update 5/30/2012)

    Open - Pending Adobe Response

    Is Adobe waiting for me to do something?

    Will Adobe eventually get my download link enabled if I just wait?

    Thanks for any useful advice.
