How long does it take for Adobe to get back to you?

I just met with terrible customer service 3 weeks ago.

I came to them with a simple curiousity of how long my subscription will last and if my subscription is still active. It started with a chat on the website, but then on to my email address. Andy, the one I was speaking to, decided the category himself. Cancel and refund. Naively I didn't think about it too much, even though I never said anything about cancelling or refunding.

Few exchanges later, with someone new (Andy referred me to) my curiousity is sorted. I say a simple "thank you". That is it.

What I get in return??? A bogus email telling me my subscription is cancelled?! I never asked for that! My only guess is that the person I was speaking with didn't read my email??????? Just looked at the category??? I'm absolutely gob smacked. I tried to reply in shock, but of course the case was closed without checking I was happy with what they did first.

The same day, I tried to make a new support claim, but unfortunately it was the weekend so I did so on the 23rd. I regret ticking the ''have you contacted adobe about this before'' box now because I feel like they take longer with claims like those?????

It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't heard from them and I'm worried, because as of now my subscription still remains active, however the date for the next payment due is nearing and I'm worried that the cancellation of my subscription will go through soon - I bought my subscription during black Friday so it's on offer. It would be unfair if I lose it because of awful employees.

If you can't get through on chat, give them a ring. Helpdesk should be able to check your account and confirm that your subscription is still active or not.
