i have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the computer, went through all the help. it keeps getting stuck at 5.1%

Make sure that Windows and your graphics driver are up to date.

  • getting the newest verison of adobe illustrator
  • operating system and version number of the computer is up to date
  • no errors or messages have popped up
  • leave my computer on while i go to work for it to install (it stayed at 8.5% today with 74 mins to go)
  • idk how to screen shot
