How long must we wait for help? I Just want a refund !
I First called to talk to someone to cancel my subscription, but had some questions before making it official, waited for what felt for ever. waited about 45m. I decided to cancel the subscription all together the day before it would of been renewed, I even clicked the final cancel my subscription button after they try to give you a few free days of the apps on them, I still clicked cancel. I thought I was done with it, come to find out I got charged $350+ for it. Its now the next day from what was suppose to be my renewal date cause I saw a big chunk of my bank account missing.Ive tried to chat with someone with customer care again and still in a long long wait... I recanceled my accounts guess it didn't work the first time? I want a refund , I won't be using the apps? its been one day since it charged me, I recall canceling on March 1st,getting charged march 2nd, and now here March 3rd realizing it didn't cancel my subscription and charged me another year. I haven't used it, I JUST WANT A REFUND. I NEED TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE,But I'm stuck waiting on the phone for a human voice, once stuck check both computers for someone to reply to my chats! I don't want this to continue to go on so that they don't give me a full refund claiming I been using it or something. this forum is proof I have and am currently still trying to get my money back.
