How many computers can I install LTR and Photoshop on?

Contemplating the purchase of a subscription for LTR and Photoshop. Could I install these applications on more than one computer? What is the minimum hardware requirements?

You can install on multiple computers , there is no limit for installations .

However , you can activate ( Sign in) as full versions on only 2 computers.

I am not sure I understand. You can only be signed on at the same time on two computers? But still have it installed on as many as you want? I currently have it installed on my macbook pro laptop and imac desktop. My laptop has to go in for repair, so I want to use my husband's pc. Will I be able to download both lightroom and PS CC on the PC and use it? Thank you!
