I had the same thing come up for me the other day. I definitely think this is a bug on their end. I was wondering if it was picking up a new IP as a new logged in computer.

shivangi_g mentioned yesterday it was a bug (that was fixed) in the enterprise and teams forum. i asked if that was also the case for individual subscribers but hadn't gotten a response as of yesterday afternoon.
