    Yes, provided you understand that install and activate are two different things.

    Install as often as you wish.

    But you can only activate the software for use on a maximum of two PCs at any one time.

    You won't be able to use the software on a 3rd computer (even if it is installed) unless you free up an activation on another PC and then activate the software on the 3rd PC.

    one license entitles you to two concurrent activations.

    i have 2 pcs and can i install the product endless? or do I have 3 installations and then it is locked?

    i don't know what you mean by "endless" and i don't know what you mean by "3 installations" but, you can install and activate on your 2 pcs.
